Job Description

My client, an award winning employer experiencing ongoing fast growth are currently looking to recruit a skilled HR Business Partner.

We are seeking a candidate who is CIPD qualified with a proven track record in HR management, gained within a modern, customer orientated environment.

Key Responsibilities

-To support the delivery of the People Strategy, working in partnership with members of the Organisational Development team

-Line management of the Payroll Coordinator and Employee Engagement Administrator

-Oversee the day-to-day management of the HR service to the business including all employee relations, remuneration and benefits, recruitment and retention, payroll and pension provision

-Pro-actively monitor trends within the business for absence, retention etc. to identify potential issues and offer solution focused interventions

-Work in partnership with the Learning & Development Business Partner to deliver a competency framework that supports the direction of the People Strategy

-Support the leadership development, and change management agenda of the business, specifically promoting new ways of working

-Build a strong relationship with the Senior Management Team and Managers to facilitate the HR and people service requirements for the business

-Maintain budgetary control procedures and regularly monitor the budget associated with this post

-Hours of work will be based on a 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with some slight variation as required.

Remuneration is based on skills and experience, but a rough guide on basic salary would be Circa £20-24k. Package will also include company car, plus various other bonuses and benefits.

My client is looking to recruit this individual on an ASAP basis although are happy waiting for the right candidate if a notice period is required to be worked.
